Matcha Tapioca Drink

(Makes about 1 cup)

 

Ingredients:
¼ cup tapioca powder
1 Tablespoon water
1 cup Cold Matcha

 

Instructions:

1. Add water to tapioca flour and knead well
2. Roll into desired size.
3. Bring a pot of water to a boil and boil the tapioca.
4. Remove to a colander and wash tapioca with water.
5. Put the tapioca into a glass.
6. Pour in cold matcha.

 

Options:

  • Add syrup to taste.
  • Instead of cold matcha, you can also add cold matcha latte.
