Our matcha tea is made from high-quality Uji tea leaves carefully cultivated under shade, then steamed, dried, and ground in our mill. This meticulous grinding creates a powder so fine, it can be suspended in water so that the entire nutritional content of the tea leaves can be consumed. It’s also highly versatile, and can be enjoyed each morning to wake yourself for the day, or added to food, sweets, and other drinks for a delicious nutritional boost.

As a nearly 100 year old company, we have a long and reliable network of farmers in the Uji region and are able to offer organic, ceremonial, and culinary matcha for a variety of uses.
