Matcha Chocolate

Ingredients:
1 cup white chocolate
2 teaspoons matcha green tea

Instructions: 

  1. Chop the white chocolate and melt in a water bath at 130°F.
  2. Add the matcha to the chocolate and mix.
  3. Pour into a mold and chill in the refrigerator.


If you use roasted green tea powder instead of matcha, you can make a delicious roasted green tea chocolate.
