Ingredients:
1 ¾ cup milk
¼ cup fresh cream
⅓ cup granulated sugar
1 Tablespoon matcha green tea
2 teaspoons powdered gelatin
1 ½ Tablespoon water
Instructions:
- Put water in a small bowl, add gelatin powder, and set aside.
- Sieve the matcha and mix with the granulated sugar.
- Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat.
- Turn off the heat just before boiling, add 1 and 2, dissolve the gelatin, then add the cream and mix.
- Strain 4 through a mesh and let it thicken while cooling the bowl with ice.
- When the mixture has thickened, put it in a bowl and refrigerate until firm.
