Matcha Salt

Instructions:

Mix the sieved matcha green tea with salt in a 1:1 ratio.

How to use:

• Sprinkle on tempura.
• Sprinkle on sashimi or shellfish carpaccio.
• Sprinkle on grilled chicken.
• Pour over vanilla ice cream to make salted vanilla green tea ice cream.
